The Royal Regency Hotel (165 Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers, NY) recently hosted its 2nd annual “Easter Eggstravaganza” celebration on March 28. The event was packed with fun Easter-themed activities for kids of all ages and their families. It included a delicious buffet-styled Easter breakfast, a visit from the Easter Bunny, a professional photographer, Easter egg hunt, face painting, balloon artistry, coloring, dancing and other fun activities.
The activities took place in the gorgeous, newly renovated, Crystal ballroom at The Royal Regency Hotel. The hotel is currently undergoing a major multi-million dollar renovation that will rebrand and transform the Hotel into Westchester’s first trendy boutique hotel, inspired by the building’s past and Yonkers bright future. The Hotel will continue to remain open during the renovations, which are expected to be completed by summer 2015.
All profits from this event will be donated to the Westchester Children’s Museum. The Campaign for the Westchester Children’s Museum is currently raising funds to help inspire play, imagination and hands on learning all year round allowing children to continuously grow and thrive. The Westchester Children’s Museum, located at Playland Park in Rye, NY, came to life during Playland’s 2014 Summer Amusement Season and will open up again this May to the community.
The Royal Regency Hotel was thrilled with the turnout and looks forward to hosting the 2016 “Easter Eggstravaganza” next year!
