Buzz Creators is happy to share the great news that Erik Kaeyer, AIA, LEED AP, Design Principal & Vice President of KG&D Architects in Mount Kisco, NY, has been elected board president of the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester (BGCNW). His two-year term as president commenced on July 1st, 2015.
Kaeyer is especially proud of his involvement with the creation of the Kids Café at BGCNW, which has served more than a half million meals to children with limited access to a nutritious dinner. Looking forward, he is excited about collaborating with local/regional leadership and other organizations to create meaningful partnerships that collectively share in each other’s successes and ultimately makes for a better environment.
Erik Kaeyer is a graduate of Cornell University and started as an associate at KG&D in 1998 and was named Vice President in 2000. As KG&D’s Principal for Design, Kaeyer oversees the firm’s design quality standards and is responsible for a significant portion of the creative design work. At KG&D, he has lead the design of projects such as the Seven Bridges Middle School in Chappaqua, Jacob Burns Media Arts Lab, the New York State Judicial Institute at Pace University Law School.
