The Royal Regency will be breaking ground on a major multi-million dollar renovation project that will rebrand and transform the Hotel into Westchester’s first trendy boutique hotel, inspired by the building’s past and Yonkers bright future. The New York and Paris-based hospitality design firm has successfully repositioned properties for Hyatt, Hilton, and Starwood. They have worked on notable projects such as the MGM CityCenter in Las Vegas, and are currently working on hospitality projects throughout the U.S., Europe, Africa and Malaysia.
The renovations will be complemented by a reimagined brand and enhanced guest experience that promises to make the Royal Regency Hotel the area’s first boutique hotel. The Royal Regency Hotel’s new rebranding includes a new logo, website, and marketing materials – which all feature the deep purple colored pantone palette that will coincide with the new look and feel of the Hotel.
