Over the years, Bud has worked with several school districts, municipalities and private commercial building owners to provide HVAC/R service, building management systems, maintenance, repair, replacement, design/build of new systems, construction remediation and consulting. Atlantic Westchester is also in the energy efficiency business and has teamed up with excellent channel partners to provide an “umbrella” type of service to help buildings execute energy conservation measures in areas including and beyond HVAC technology.
Mick Gilbert—Business Development Manager at Con Edison for Energy Efficiency and Demand Management:
With over $200 million of energy efficiency and demand management funding currently available at Con Edison, Mick is empowered to help Commercial and Industrial clients improve resilience, upgrade equipment, reduce costs, and operate in a more sustainable manner. He works directly with business and property owners, facility managers, project developers, contractors, consulting firms, and other professionals to leverage Con Edison’s technical and financial resources. Mick is a Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CPCP), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) and holds an MBA in finance. Mick been appointed by the Mayor to the City of White Plains Sustainability and Environmental Enhancement Committee.
Bonnie Hagen—COO of Bright Energy Services:
Bonnie has led Bright Energy Services’ offerings of green construction and renovation solutions into the commercial, industrial, and institutional market place. The offerings focus on energy efficiency projects (including lighting, HVAC, building envelope improvements, and renewable energy), compliance, sustainability, LEED certification, and securing government and utility incentives for environmental enhancement construction and renovation projects. In addition to her work with Bright Energy Services, Bonnie has been appointed by the Mayor to the City of White Plains Sustainable White Plains Committee and is the Chairperson of the Energy Subcommittee. The White Plains Common Council has also appointed Bonnie to the City of White Plains Conservation Board.
