We are pleased to announce our client Harrington, Ocko & Monk recently promoted two members of their team. Michael Freudenberg has become a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Department. Michael has been with the firm since 2003, working primarily in the Commercial Litigation Department, but also handles other transactional matters, provides outside general counsel services and contributes to our Construction Law Blog. He recently became Co-Chair of the Corporate and Commercial Law Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association.John Rosenthal has also achieved a great accomplishment in becoming Senior Counsel in the Commercial Litigation Department. John has been with the firm since 2005, playing a lead role in developing the firm’s practice dealing with enforcement of intellectual property rights against infringement, including copyrights, trademarks, and rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. John is also involved in providing clients with legal assistance in dealing with employment related litigation and investigations including cases of alleged racial and sexual orientation discrimination and retaliation.
